Stationary Concrete Batching Plant
Fixed HZS-series plants built around two aggregate-feed types — direct-feed and skip-hoist — with engineering, environmentally-friendly, and mine-backfill versions engineered on the same proven platform.
Overview
TIANYU's stationary line is built around two aggregate-feed methods. Direct-feed plants move aggregate straight from the storage hopper into the mixer on an inclined belt — compact, high-output, quick to install. Skip-hoist plants lift aggregate to the mixer in a sealed skip on a high-strength steel structure — the most cost-effective, small-footprint choice for engineering sites and export. From these two platforms come the engineering (low total-cost), environmentally-friendly (fully enclosed), and mine-backfill (tailings) versions.

Direct-Feed Concrete Batching Plant
TIANYU's commercial-grade direct-feed plant uses a unique aggregate direct-feed system: a herringbone-patterned inclined belt moves aggregate straight from the storage hopper into the mixer, removing the intermediate hopper altogether. The structure is simple and quick to install, output is high, and precise measuring scales keep every batch consistent. Independent control software with a scientific feeding order lifts production efficiency while reducing shaft-holding, and the enlarged aggregate bin — with an optional auxiliary loading mechanism — keeps the loader from running flat out. Capacities run HZS50 to HZS150.

- Simple structure, easy and quick to install
- TIANYU self-developed mixer (optional) for stable performance and more uniform concrete
- Each measuring scale precisely designed for accurate batching and smooth discharge
- High-precision metering, with optional fine powder, water, and admixture equipment
- Good environmental performance — low dust, low noise, optional protection equipment
- Intelligent production: optional dual-machine single-operator control, remote control, and ERP integration

Skip-Hoist Concrete Batching Plant
The skip-hoist (bucket-type) plant pairs a high-strength steel structure and a large-capacity skip with a precise weighing system, so every batch of aggregate is proportioned and fed accurately. Feeding and mixing are fully sealed, with pulse negative-pressure dust collection at the powder silo for clean, pollution-free operation; reliable shaft-end sealing and high wear-resistant liners and blades extend service life. A complete fault-prevention and alarm system means low-voltage and door-jam problems no longer interrupt production — a cost-effective, compact structure well suited to engineering sites, export delivery, and constrained plots.

- Reliable shaft-end sealing technology with high wear-resistant lining plates and blades
- Anti-stick mixer design that reduces cleaning workload
- Unique lifting mechanism — smooth start/stop and long steel-wire-rope life
- Multiple protection mechanisms: rope feeding, top-cushioning, and anti-fall on the hoist
- Fully sealed feeding and mixing, with pulse negative-pressure dust collection at the silo
- Accurate weighing with humanized, intelligent operation
- Complete fault-prevention and alarm system — low-voltage and door-jam issues resolved

Engineering Concrete Batching Plant
A special version tuned for the total cost of ownership on large infrastructure projects. On-site design keeps civil works shallow and simple; a high proportion of common, high-quality parts holds maintenance cost down; and low installed power, a low batcher loading height, and quick install/dismantle cut power, fuel, labor, and transfer costs across the life of the job. The HZS**Q engineering range spans HZS60Q to HZS270Q.

- Low procurement cost with high-quality, stable, widely-shared common parts
- Low temporary-works cost: on-site design, shallow batcher pit, minimal waterproofing and foundation work
- Low power consumption — small whole-machine power draw
- Low loader fuel use thanks to a low batcher loading height
- Low labor cost with an optional one-machine dual-control system, saving an operator
- Fast, low-cost installation, dismantling, and site-to-site transfer
