Our Story
Twenty years of batching machinery
Shandong Tianyu Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 in the Qihe Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province. Today the company is a high-tech solution provider covering the research, manufacture, sale, and after-sale support of concrete batching plants and towers, mortar plants, crushing and sand-making towers, and mining backfill stations — one of the backbone manufacturers of concrete mixing machinery in Shandong.
From a 145,000 m² facility with more than one hundred employees, TIANYU produces nine major product lines and over forty models: JS500–JS5000 twin-shaft mixers, HZS25–300 batching plants, HZS180–300 top-mounted-silo stations, HZS25–100 mobile plants, HZS60–300 mixing towers, mining backfill stations, GF-series dry-mix mortar plants, sand-making towers, and SNC50–300 split cement silos.
TIANYU equipment works on expressways, high-speed railways, bridges, water-conservancy projects, real-estate developments, and municipal infrastructure — delivered as complete solutions from planning and design through final acceptance. In recent years TIANYU plants have shipped to customers in multiple countries and regions.

Engineering and quality systems
TIANYU operates precision machining equipment, advanced production processes, and complete metrology and inspection facilities under a strict quality management system. The company holds more than twenty patents and software copyrights, hosts the Dezhou Engineering Technology Research Center for concrete mixing machinery, and develops its own batching control software.
The HLS120 batching equipment and the JS2000 twin-shaft mixer process were each awarded the Shandong SME Science & Technology Progress First Prize. TIANYU has twice been named a national “Famous-Brand Product Manufacturer” and “Customer-Satisfaction Advanced Enterprise” by the construction machinery branch of the China Association for Quality.
