Twenty years of batching machinery
TIANYU is a high-tech manufacturer specializing in the research, production, and support of concrete batching plants and mixing equipment. For over twenty years the brand has focused on one thing: making the production of high-quality concrete simpler, more reliable, and more efficient for its customers.
The range spans more than forty models across nine product lines — from JS500–JS6000 twin-shaft mixers and HZS25–360 batching plants to mobile plants, mixing towers, mine-backfill stations, cement silos, and the intelligent control systems that run them. Every plant is engineered as a complete solution, from planning and design through commissioning and after-sale support.
TIANYU equipment works on expressways, high-speed railways, bridges, tunnels, ports, water-conservancy schemes, and municipal infrastructure — and is delivered to customers across many countries and regions worldwide.

An end-to-end, high-tech manufacturer
TIANYU builds every plant end to end under one roof: steel cut on CNC fiber lasers and formed on precision press brakes, fabricated and assembled on its own lines, then measured and tested before shipment. Precision machining, advanced production processes, and complete metrology run under a strict quality management system.
A dedicated engineering technology research center drives continuous R&D — TIANYU holds nearly thirty patents and software copyrights and develops its own batching control software in-house. Award-winning designs such as the HLS120 plant and the JS2000 twin-shaft mixer are backed, as a service-oriented manufacturer, by R&D, training, and lifetime after-sales support.

TIANYU founded — concrete mixing machinery manufacturing begins.
- 2007
In-house R&D of the engineering-type HZS90Q/120Q/180Q plants.
- 2011
First aggregate top-mounted HLS180 mixing tower with automatic feeding.
- 2014
Foundation-free quick-install HZS120G station developed for fast deployment.
- 2016
First large-scale export — an HZS120 plant with a 200 t bolted silo — opening TIANYU's export chapter.
- 2019
Tower-type mechanism sand production line successfully developed.

First HZN180 vertical-shaft plant and first mine-backfill HZS25 plant delivered.

TIANYU plants are engineered for shipping: containerised packages, galvanised steelwork, bolted split silos, and foundation-free designs that commission quickly on site, wherever the project is. Since exporting its first large-scale plant, TIANYU has delivered to customers across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania.
Every exported plant is backed by the same engineering, manufacturing, and after-sale support the brand is built on — from project scoping and layout design through installation, commissioning, and ongoing service.
